Hello Crumpton Families,
Remember when you are calling the front office, we get a high influx of calls especially in the mornings, make sure for Attendance purposes, you must press 2 or ext. 3037 for Ms. Brittany and ext 3058 for Ms. Celeste for our direct line. 
Please leave a voicemail when you call, to not tie up the phone line. If you leave a voicemail on the Attendance line, we check our voicemails very often and will update attendance accordingly.

REMEMBER: Tardies can add up- after 8a is LATE, and after 8:30a is TARDY!
ABSENCES: When your student is absent for 3 or more days, we require a Doctor note to clear the absences. As well as any Early sign outs, need a note to excuse the Early sign out. Absences must be cleared within 72 hours of the absence in order to not trigger truancy. To avoid truancy, your student can attend Saturday Academy or Math Intervention. For Saturday Academy: please look for the sign up on ParentSquare posted by the Lead Saturday Academy teacher- One Saturday Academy attendance can cover one prior absence/not for future absences- For Math Intervention, we only offer for certain grades and reach out to your student's teacher if interested- must attend 4 math intervention sessions to make up for one absence.
If needing Short Term Independent Studies to recover your student's absences that you are aware of ahead of time, we need at least 3 days notice (business/school days): you can come into the front office and fill out a Short Term I.S. Contract; If you know your student will be absent prior for more than a couple days, or max is up to 15 school days for the school year. Once the student returns, their entire packet must be completed in order to receive the full credit for the days they were absent. Once the contract has been signed and packets are issued, it has been updated in the system and cannot override.
WEDNESDAYS are Early Release days at 12:50p, please arrange for after school pick up in a timely manner.
**If you need to reach your student's teacher or relay any message to them for any reason.. please message them on ParentSquare directly. They may not be able to respond right away if they are in the middle of teaching, but they should still receive it in time. Please make sure your information is up to date with the front office.
