Reminder: 2026/2027 Volunteer Information

Dear JC Crumpton Families,
We do want to let everyone know about an important change to the volunteer process for this school year. Highligted is another change!
If you have already sent in your Volunteer Packet, this will not apply to you.
If you have not turned in a volunteer packet moving forward you will now need to make sure you also complete a TB assessment form by a doctor or registered nurse! If you have had a skin test done in the past 6 months we will accept that.
All volunteers, regardless of the type of volunteer work they will be doing, must complete the following before they can volunteer on campus:
- Volunteer Application/Form (updated form)
- Copy of a valid photo ID
- Mandated Reporter Keenan Training (required for ALL volunteers)
- TB Assessment or skin test (within 6 months) now attached below
This Keenan Mandated Reporter Training and TB Assessment forms are now a new requirement and must be completed in addition to the volunteer form and photo ID submission.

Once all required documents and training have been completed, our office will process your volunteer clearance.
We truly appreciate your patience as we implement this updated process, and we are incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support our families continue to show. We look forward to partnering with you and welcoming you onto campus during the 2026–2027 school year!
