Important Attendance details

Every day school starts promptly at 8am for ALL students,
After 8 is LATE!
Campus Gates are Closed at 8:05am sharp!
Teachers will mark students late from 8am-8:05am
At 8:05am, ALL students must come to the Front Office to receive a LATE SLIP from our Office Staff before heading to their class in order for their attendance to be updated accordingly
Student absences must be reported within 24 hours: otherwise, they may be considered truant
If student is absent for 3 or more days, we require a Doctor's Note to clear the absences

You can also Direct message us on ParentSquare or call the front office at (831) 392-3520 and please leave a message pertaining to your student and the reason they were absent.
When signing your student out of class early, please make sure you come in to the front office and sign out on the hot pink student sign out sheet. Must state the reason and it is required to provide appointment documentation to clear any early sign outs otherwise it will trigger truancy.
