2026/2027 Volunteer Information

Dear JC Crumpton Families,
We are so excited by the wonderful response we’ve received from families interested in volunteering for the 2026–2027 school year. Thank you for wanting to share your time, talents, and smiles with our students and staff. Our school community is stronger because of amazing volunteers like you! ❤️🍎
We do want to let everyone know about an important change to the volunteer process for this school year.
All volunteers, regardless of the type of volunteer work they will be doing, must complete the following before they can volunteer on campus or participate in field trips:
- Volunteer Application/Form
- Copy of a valid photo ID
- Mandated Reporter Keenan Training (required for ALL volunteers)
This Keenan Mandated Reporter Training is a new requirement and must be completed in addition to the volunteer form and photo ID submission.
📎 Please review the attached volunteer paperwork and step-by-step directions for completing the Keenan Training.
Once all required documents and training have been completed, our office will process your volunteer clearance.
We truly appreciate your patience as we implement this updated process, and we are incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support our families continue to show. We look forward to partnering with you and welcoming you onto campus during the 2026–2027 school year!
